About the Role
We seek a highly motivated and proactive Sales Manager who excels at generating new business opportunities. This dual role involves both leading a compact sales team and personally managing an active client portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives on initiating new relationships, unlocking opportunities, and successfully closing significant deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline from the ground up
- Handle the entire sales process from identifying prospects to finalizing agreements
- Build and nurture connections with enterprise-level clients, managed service providers, and system integrators
- Lead, guide, and inspire a small sales team while meeting individual sales objectives
- Enhance revenue through acquiring new clients and forming strategic partnerships
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding portfolios worth multiple millions of dollars
- Proven effectiveness in securing new clients and developing business opportunities
- Pre-existing networks within managed service firms, systems integration companies, or enterprise technology sectors
- A strong hunter mindset capable of initiating contact and closing intricate sales
- Experience working with target markets such as Brazil, Canada, or comparable regions is advantageous
