Overview
Are you a sales expert in Dubai passionate about HRV, sleep, and recovery, looking to leave behind conventional sales roles? Join us as the founding commercial leader at a pioneering precision health wearable startup transforming the way people understand their bodies.
This opportunity is with a new health tech company established by an experienced tech entrepreneur known for scaling successful consumer businesses. Based in Dubai, this high-growth role offers the chance to build the commercial function from the ground up and participate in an innovative product journey.
What We Offer
- Base salary up to AED 22000 per month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop the initial sales strategy and playbook from scratch
- Manage and own your sales pipeline during initial phases
- Engage in sales across varied channels including retail outlets, events, and tailored individual sales meetings
- Conduct consultative sales discussions linking physiological data with customers’ goals such as training, recovery, sleep, and longevity
- Provide market and customer feedback to inform product development, scientific research, and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Minimum two years of B2C or B2B sales experience within the UAE market
- Genuine enthusiasm for fitness beyond casual workouts, with a background in training or coaching for performance
- Ability to discuss advanced fitness concepts such as Zone 2 training, VO2 max, sleep architecture, and performance metrics
- Formal qualifications or certifications in fitness are advantageous
- Capacity to succeed and adapt in a startup environment
- Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE
