About the Role
YAF Medical WLL is experiencing growth and seeks a dedicated Sales Supervisor based in Doha, Qatar, to lead and inspire our sales team in expanding our presence across multiple healthcare and retail channels. This position focuses on achieving strong sales results within pharmacy, clinics, medical centers, FMCG segments, modern trade accounts, and beauty retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet defined business targets.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies across all designated sales channels.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients and business partners to facilitate growth.
- Continuously monitor market developments, competitor activities, and scout for new business prospects.
- Ensure consistent execution excellence, maintain accurate reporting, and optimize sales performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Supervisor or in an equivalent position.
- Proven track record in handling Pharmacy channels, Clinics, FMCG products, Modern Trade, and Beauty Retail Outlets.
- Exhibit excellent leadership capabilities along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Must hold a valid Qatar QID with transferable sponsorship eligibility.
