Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role involves crafting, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations with external systems. You will collaborate with diverse teams to develop innovative Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and sustain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow technologies.
- Implement scalable automation through Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, and Approval Processes as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain system integrations utilizing REST and SOAP APIs alongside Apex callouts.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, support deployments, and resolve production issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of top-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Understand and adhere to existing CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures.
- Follow coding standards and complete assigned tasks within scheduled timelines.
- Contribute to reusable component creation and participate actively in peer code reviews.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows: Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Approval Process automation.
- Strong command of Apex programming, including classes, triggers, batch processing, queueable Apex, asynchronous operations, test classes, governor limits, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience developing reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex integration with Lightning Data Service.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Named Credentials, OAuth, Platform Events, and managing JSON/XML data formats.
- Familiarity with deployment tools like COPADO or similar alternatives beyond Change Sets.
