About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with program managers to plan and carry out thought leadership campaigns aligned with strategic priorities for Southeast Asia audiences.
- Create and refine in-depth content that clearly presents Deloitte's proprietary methodologies and case studies, transforming technical details into accessible narratives for business readers.
- Manage research efforts, including designing surveys and interviews, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to support campaign goals.
- Develop additional concise materials such as infographics, media articles, and digital soundbites to enhance reader engagement during campaign launches.
- Coordinate with channel owners and graphic designers to ensure campaign goals, target audiences, timelines, and content formats are well aligned and effectively delivered.
- Offer editorial guidance on writing style, language use, and storytelling techniques to local teams, promoting best practices for optimal content impact.
Essential Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in editorial management or publishing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business, finance, and technology topics.
- Excellent skills in writing, editing, storytelling, and research.
- Ability to produce detailed long-form content with stamina and precision.
- Perspective that prioritizes audience needs and interests in content creation.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality output.
- Experience working in publishing, media, or corporate thought leadership environments is advantageous.
