Role Overview
The Senior Associate will be integrated within Group Communications’ corporate unit communications business partner model. This position entails serving as a dedicated communications liaison for assigned Corporate Units, steering the planning, execution, and management of internal communications that align with organizational objectives.
The role includes leading communication strategies for key initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to project teams, overseeing internal communication campaigns and activities comprehensively, and providing end-to-end communication support for large events and conferences. Consistency, governance, and adherence to Group Communications standards are crucial.
This position also provides guidance on effective communication methods and ensures delivery of compelling, audience-focused messaging organization-wide.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in relevant communications or marketing positions.
- Proven background in internal and corporate communications with experience in implementing campaigns and managing event communications within sizable, complex organizations.

- Strong partnership approach and proactive engagement with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead complex campaigns and coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliverables effectively.
