Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the operational performance of principal distribution channels such as OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, direct websites, and mobile platforms.
• Accurately configure pricing, restrictions, inventory control, promotional campaigns, and distribution setups across all channels.
• Enhance channel mix and profitability by partnering closely with Revenue Management teams.
• Identify trends, pinpoint gaps, and uncover opportunities to drive commercial growth and improvements.
• Lead or assist in projects involving new channel implementations, connectivity updates, hotel onboarding processes, system migrations, rate plan structuring, and automation of distribution workflows.
• Collaborate seamlessly with departments including Revenue, Sales, E-Commerce, IT, Finance, and Reservations to ensure cohesive channel management.

Candidate Profile

• Possess multiple years of professional experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrate in-depth expertise with OTA, GDS, channel managers, CRS/PMS, wholesale operations, and direct booking platforms.
• Exhibit a strong commercial acumen with a keen passion for analyzing channel performance, cost-of-sale metrics, rate parity, guest booking behaviors, and revenue effects.
• Be hands-on, practical, and solution-focused in approach.
• Have well-developed analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
