Role overview
This position is for a senior manufacturing leader who will oversee methods, process engineering, and industrial performance at the plant level. The goal is to strengthen production efficiency, safety, and output quality while driving a culture of continuous improvement across operations.
What you will do
- Improve manufacturing processes to raise efficiency and stabilize operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using SPS, Lean, and Six Sigma practices.
- Support industrialization efforts and new product introduction activities.
- Contribute to capacity planning and production planning support.
- Build and maintain standardized process documentation and work methods.
- Guide teams and coordinate with stakeholders to implement change effectively.
- Align plant performance initiatives with broader business goals.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.
Who can apply

Work arrangement
This is a plant-based role in Kolkata, India. All work is to be performed on-site at the plant, and alternate Saturdays will be working days.
