Role Overview

As the Senior Manager - Quality, you will spearhead quality leadership for significant infrastructure and social development initiatives. Your role involves embedding quality as a fundamental element of delivery excellence by collaborating closely with program and project stakeholders to enhance governance, standardize practices, and maintain high-quality benchmarks within multifaceted environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead the quality assurance strategy across expansive infrastructure and social development projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, organizational policies, and regulatory mandates.
• Initiate and promote continuous improvement efforts to optimize project execution and operational performance.
• Engage with various stakeholders to integrate quality methodologies seamlessly throughout program stages.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Have over a decade of quality management experience specifically within large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrate proven leadership in overseeing multi-disciplinary quality and project teams.
• Exhibit experience driving sustained improvement initiatives in complex program environments.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with project directors, client representatives, regulatory bodies, contractors, and senior executives.
• An advanced degree in engineering or an allied field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, audit programs (internal/external), CAPA processes, Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma practices is a valuable asset.
