About the Company
WE Connect Services is associated with a renewable energy independent power producer that has a project pipeline of 2 GW.
Role Overview
This senior position focuses on complete wind project delivery from planning through commissioning, with strong ownership of civil, electrical, and execution activities at site.
Responsibilities
- Lead wind projects end to end, ensuring timely execution across all phases.
- Oversee WTG foundation work, erection, and commissioning activities.
- Handle 33 kV infrastructure, DP yard works, and grid connectivity.
- Coordinate right-of-way matters and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Work closely with EPC contractors to keep site execution on track.
- Maintain quality standards, safety practices, and overall project delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in wind project execution.
- Hands-on expertise in WTG erection and commissioning.
- Strong working knowledge of 33 kV infrastructure.
- Experience managing right of way and stakeholder coordination.
- Background in working with EPC contractors and delivering projects successfully.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 10,00,000 to 15,00,000.
