Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves development, architecture design, and conducting architectural reviews. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Technical Expertise and Experience

• Strong command over the .NET Stack, especially .NET Core 8 or newer versions, along with Entity Framework and domain-driven design principles.
• Exposure or familiarity with React.js is preferred, along with experience transitioning legacy .NET Framework applications to the latest .NET Core versions.
• Experienced in design thinking and capable of preparing technical design documents such as High-Level Designs and Low-Level Designs.
• Adherence to coding best practices, including writing and executing Unit Test Cases.
• Skilled in developing RESTful and Web APIs.
• Collaborates effectively with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in performance optimization techniques including cache management and connection pooling.
• Experienced in performing peer code reviews and maintaining code quality standards.
• Knowledge of OWASP security standards.
• Capable of producing detailed technical design documentation for new features and stories.
• A forward-thinking approach to anticipate and accommodate future business requirements.
• Experience in product development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality backend components using .NET technologies and frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Create and update technical design documentation to guide development processes.
• Implement and maintain strict coding standards and best practices across projects.
• Conduct code reviews regularly to ensure adherence to quality and standards.
• Mentor and guide peer development teams, offering support and expertise.
• Effectively communicate technical ideas and progress to various stakeholders.
• Keep current with advancing industry trends and incorporate new technologies when relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA degree.
• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and narrative skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Aptitude for teamwork and autonomy as required.
• Product development experience is a plus.
