Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Asset Owner Relationship-Management DACH Department. This team manages relationships with Asset Owner clients from the DACH region, primarily corporates and pension funds.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish, nurture, and enhance long-standing relationships with key clients, gaining deep insight into their requirements.
- Serve as the main contact point for clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Discover growth prospects within current accounts and spearhead upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiations aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and retention.
- Represent the company at investment committee meetings, service workshops, and sales presentations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated successful experience within the fund industry.
- Well-established network of institutional clients.
- Proven ability to develop and sustain trusted relationships with Institutional Asset Owner clients.
- Strong commercial understanding, including contract negotiation, revenue enhancement, and strategic account management.
- Solid familiarity with fund operations and administration processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- High client orientation, adept at problem-solving, and dedicated to providing outstanding service.
