Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robust Salesforce solutions across various projects. This role demands deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, including multiple Clouds and product development, along with mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, coding, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple engagements.
• Develop and sustain scalable Salesforce applications employing Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and other declarative tools.
• Design and execute integrations with REST and SOAP APIs, Apex Callouts, Platform Events, and external services.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to analyze needs and design technical solutions that scale.
• Conduct technical estimations, impact assessment, and review solutions during project phases.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and helping resolve complex issues.
• Perform code reviews, enforce Salesforce best development practices, and maintain high quality standards.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical delivery ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of solutions.
• Contribute to reusable components, accelerators, proof of concept developments, and AppExchange product initiatives.
• Stay current with evolving Salesforce features, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered platforms.
• Support production environment deployments, stabilization post-launch, and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, and Visualforce development.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), and Marketing Cloud Email (MCE).
• Advanced skills in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex Callouts, Platform Events, and various external services.
• Strong command over Salesforce automation through Flows and other declarative tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing architecture, governor limits, data modeling, and platform best practices.
• Preferred experience in Agentforce implementation and AppExchange product development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git version control, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines, release management, and deployment techniques.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members, conduct thorough code reviews, and lead critical technical discussions.
• Capability to provide accurate technical estimations and steer project delivery from a technical viewpoint.
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is desirable. Additional certifications like Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Application/System Architect offer an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, strong communication skills, and leadership in technical roles.
