About the Role
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to fill multiple positions across various ServiceNow modules in several locations. Ideal candidates should have strong development and customization skills on the ServiceNow platform and be ready to take on new career challenges with a permanent employment opportunity.
ServiceNow Modules Openings
- ITOM
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Hardware Asset Management / Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
- Performance Analytics
- Customer Service Management (CSM) with Now Assist
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT
- Extensive hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and customization
- Proficient in at least one of the aforementioned ServiceNow modules
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations, workflows, Flow Designer, and platform best practices
- Sound understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and the ServiceNow architecture
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills
