Responsibilities
- Follow specific guidelines and techniques for all workstations, including dough handling, portion accuracy, and product preparation while ensuring proper holding times.
- Consistently support achievement of company product goals by meeting customer expectations, minimizing complaints, and responding effectively to customer needs.
- Comply with all team member policies such as image standards, attendance, safety, and security as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Embody company Core Values, maintain a positive outlook, collaborate effectively with coworkers, and adapt easily to changes.
- Oversee sufficient staffing for shifts, promptly address issues, and maintain standards for product quality, customer service, risk management, food/labor costs, and cleanliness.
- Contribute to profitability by managing costs within set guidelines, accurately using company tools like the FOCUS System, handling cash responsibly, and controlling inventory levels to reduce waste.
