Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer tasked with designing, deploying, and operating the infrastructure that supports AI Co-Workers. This position involves full ownership of reliability and close collaboration with product, AI, and engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and operate stable production infrastructure tailored for AI workloads.
• Manage Kubernetes platforms used for deployment of AI applications.
• Develop and upkeep infrastructure as code using Terraform tools.
• Implement Helm-based workflows for Kubernetes application deployment.
• Enhance observability systems including monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering units to guarantee systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, particularly working with platforms like EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed clusters.
• Practical skills in infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform.
• Experience using Helm for deploying Kubernetes applications.
• Professional competency in at least two programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling technical discussions with engineers and adapting for executive conversations.

Desirable Experience

• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices including CI/CD, release management, and full delivery workflows.
• Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and tools like ArgoCD.
• Five or more years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Background in DevOps practices including CI/CD ownership, infrastructure automation, and security compliance.

Preferred Credentials

• Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), cloud certifications, or credentials in DevOps, DevSecOps, or programming languages.
