Role Overview

We seek a creatively driven and highly organised Social & Content Manager to lead our organic social media presence on Instagram and TikTok. Collaborating closely with our Founder and Head of Marketing, you will produce compelling content that brings Tanzee’s story to life and shapes its daily brand representation. This role suits someone passionate about beauty and self-tanning, with exceptional aesthetic sensibility and a commitment to premium, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Tanzee’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Develop, film, and edit captivating short-form video content.
• Create diverse content including product features, founder stories, lifestyle visuals, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Schedule and publish regular organic social posts.
• Engage actively with the social media community to foster connection.
• Support creator gifting initiatives and user-generated content in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
• Capture content during launches, photoshoots, events, and other notable brand occasions.
• Introduce innovative content ideas, trends, and creative campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other creatives as necessary.
• Ensure all content distinctly represents the Tanzee brand identity.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry, specifically the self-tan market.
• Exemplary taste with a talent for crafting visually appealing and premium-feeling content.
• A deep understanding of brand aesthetics and making a brand feel luxurious.
• Experience in filming and editing short videos, with a strong grasp of current social media trends.
• Organised, proactive, and driven to execute creative projects effectively.
• Enjoys collaboration and contributing unique ideas to creative workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
• Proficient in design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with photography and influencer or creator marketing.
• Background working with beauty or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
