Role Overview

We seek a Software Developer to contribute across the full stack of MobiControl, SOTI's flagship EMM platform. You will work primarily with C# .NET for backend development and TypeScript/Angular on the frontend. You will join a collaborative and agile team that values code quality, automated testing, and innovative AI-enabled development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build innovative software solutions to solve significant industry challenges
• Produce clean, scalable, reliable, and maintainable code adhering to best development practices
• Offer technical insight into research and development efforts for new products and services
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing
• Identify, report, investigate, and resolve product issues and defects
• Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
• Implement optimization techniques and apply industry best practices
• Maintain high standards for code quality, technical documentation, and deliverables
• Collaborate effectively through code reviews, design discussions, and team brainstorming sessions
• Keep updated on the latest technologies to provide optimal solutions for new initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field
• 1 to 4 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and database concepts
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, C/C++, Python, or Swift
• Effective communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong sense of ownership and passion for innovative solutions
