Role Overview
The London engineering team at Quantcast is responsible for developing and maintaining critical systems that support the Quantcast product suite. These systems include real-time distributed platforms, audience modeling tools, delivery control, large-scale data infrastructure, partner integrations in the adtech ecosystem, payments and revenue processing systems, and artificial intelligence infrastructure. The team is actively seeking Software Engineers to contribute to this mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software by writing code, system design, and building prototypes to enhance system performance and automation across the technology stack.
- Engage in the whole software development lifecycle, including conceptualization, design, implementation, and operational maintenance of systems and services.
- Maintain system health and sustainability through continuous improvement in reliability, testing, and monitoring; participate in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product engineering, modeling, and platform groups to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Candidate Profile
- 0 to 2 years of professional software engineering experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, system design, and proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or equivalents.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
