Job Overview
This role involves developing and maintaining RESTful APIs essential for front-end applications. You will enhance current APIs and build new ones, using Oracle ADF BC REST and Jersey frameworks. Database-level development to support these APIs is also part of the responsibilities.
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient and secure reusable code
- Enhance tools and processes related to API development
- Document APIs, associated tools, and processes thoroughly
- Conduct code reviews for peers
- Identify and resolve technical issues through analysis
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- At least 3 years experience in object-oriented programming, preferably in Java
- Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns
- Knowledge of RESTful services over HTTP
- Experience with J2EE and Java programming
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and experience with SQL/PLSQL
