Solar Technician

Overview

Join Rinova Solar Power Private Limited as a Solar Technician based in the Delhi-NCR region. This role entails hands-on responsibilities related to installation, maintenance, and operation of solar power equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Manage project schedules and budgeting considerations effectively.
• Supervise on-site solar operations and maintenance activities.
• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess viability for solar installations.
• Install key components such as solar PV modules, mounting systems, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and various BOS equipment.
• Perform high voltage and low voltage wiring, cable installation, grounding, and electrical connections complying with technical standards.
• Carry out installations strictly following engineering blueprints and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with electrical safety and site regulations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and assist with system commissioning processes.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, design teams, and clients during installation phases.
• Manage verification and custody of site materials and installation tools.
• Ensure installation quality while completing projects within assigned deadlines.
• Document site conditions and progress with reports, checklists, photographs, and completion records.
• Respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve faults as needed.
• Provide customer training on basic solar system operation and upkeep.

Compensation and Work Details

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
