Key Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments as outlined in Kempinski The Spa's treatment menu and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa treatments and products, understanding their processes, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Adjust treatments based on guests' health assessments to ensure personalized care.
• Offer tailored and unique services to spa guests enhancing their overall experience.
• Promote and recommend appropriate treatments, retail items, and homecare products thoughtfully.
• Start and conclude treatments punctually to respect scheduling.
• Manage guest inquiries and minor complaints with confidence and professionalism.
• Create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere for all spa guests.
• Complete proper handover procedures during the guest journey and follow up on treatment experiences, addressing any concerns.
• Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean and well-prepared to maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest communications and interactions.
• Perform other spa roles when required to support team operations.
• Promptly report any accidents or guest incidents to the Spa Manager with professionalism.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by the business and hotel needs.
