Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas promptly and with high customer satisfaction, communicating enthusiastically and maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Uphold professional appearance standards reflecting the Domino’s and Team Dynamic brand image.
• Navigate delivery routes accurately, reading maps and locating addresses across varied terrains including multi-story buildings and private residences.
• Perform repetitive tasks, coordinate with colleagues and customers, and uphold strict quality control measures under pressure.
• Manage inventory, stock ingredients appropriately, and complete necessary paperwork for deliveries and storage areas.
• Handle telephone orders efficiently to ensure timely pizza deliveries.
• Use basic arithmetic quickly and accurately, including making correct change.
• Operate computer systems including keyboards, touch screens, and foot-pedals effectively.
• Meet physical demands such as standing for most of the shift, walking on tiled and linoleum surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally bending, crouching, or using stairs.
• Execute fine motor skills required for dough shaping, handling pizza tools, and assembling boxes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of valid driving experience.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for pizza delivery.
• Successfully pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks meeting company standards.
