Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor at our Connolly, County Clare location, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of the store. Leading by example, you will ensure the team is supported and positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Understand your store and customer needs and provide insightful feedback to enhance their experience.
• Monitor daily store goals and identify opportunities to meet targets.
• Analyze performance dashboards, receipts, and trading performance to foster improvements.
• Complete all legal, food safety, and due diligence checks daily.
• Oversee cash management and operator verifications routinely.
• Report and follow up on issues using designated feedback and IT systems.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and legal store environment at all times.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace that values each team member.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage best practices and positive behaviors within the team.
• Mentor and assist new team members to foster a cohesive culture.
