This position requires a highly skilled brand strategist who keeps abreast of cultural movements and emerging market trends. The Strategy Director will craft compelling brand stories tailored to diverse audiences and back creative initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes. They must simplify complex insights into actionable strategies, effectively communicate strategic concepts to various stakeholders, and energize creative teams to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and delivering clear, impactful brand narratives aligned with client objectives.
Collaborating across disciplines including brand, social media, influencer marketing, content, and customer experience to guide business growth.
Partnering with creative teams to nurture a vibrant, growth-oriented strategy department culture in the MENA region.
Challenging client perspectives thoughtfully to steer conversations toward innovative and effective solutions.

Candidate Profile

Extensive strategic experience within agencies, client-side roles, or consulting, capable of leading senior-level discussions.
Combined expertise from agency and client environments, bringing a comprehensive viewpoint to strategy and creativity.
Strong proficiency in presenting strategic recommendations with clarity and authority in senior meetings.
Experience managing or contributing to strategy for prominent, fast-paced accounts, particularly in sectors like FMCG, telecommunications, or technology.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into focused strategies empowering teams to deliver excellence.
A collaborative leadership approach that builds team capability and elevates strategic thinking standards.
A proactive mindset that embraces ownership, questioning, and continuous development to make a significant impact.
Open to candidates currently holding senior roles or aspiring to step up to Head of Strategy level.
