Over the past year, their revenue has increased approximately tenfold and tripled in the last quarter alone. They plan to double the team size soon. The work environment is close-knit, collaborative, and high-performing, with frequent team events and quarterly offsites.
The Role
This position offers significant autonomy in a broad, cross-functional capacity for a keen generalist eager to establish and optimize essential business functions. The role involves developing standardized processes and playbooks across diverse areas such as implementations, recruiting, marketing, and business operations, adapting each quarter to evolving company priorities. Collaboration directly with the CEO and sales and engineering teams is crucial, providing ownership over shaping core organizational functions. Occasional travel may be required to support customer-facing activities like implementations or case studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and systematize new organizational functions and processes prior to the recruitment of specialized personnel, covering areas including implementations, recruiting, marketing, and business operations.
- Manage cross-departmental priorities that evolve quarterly based on business needs.
- Create lasting playbooks and operational systems to enable successful onboarding of future hires.
- Work in close partnership with the CEO and collaborate with sales and engineering departments.
- Support direct customer engagements as necessary, which may involve occasional travel for implementations or case studies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years post-graduate professional experience in a demanding work environment.
- Well-developed analytical and structured thinking skills, preferably gained from investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup operations.
- Highly adaptable generalist capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Thrives in dynamic and fast-paced settings with frequently shifting priorities.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare or transitioning from a larger organization to a startup environment.
Compensation and Location
The role is fully remote within the United States. The compensation package includes a base salary around $125,000, with total compensation ranging between $100,000 and $150,000.
