About Enveda

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess vendors aligned with purchasing needs and continually evaluate supplier performance.
- Manage procurement inquiries, grasp technical specifications, request quotations, and prepare comparison analyses to guide purchasing decisions.
- Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders through the company's ERP system efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and proactively track outstanding orders.
- Maintain precise procurement documentation including order tracking and records.
- Assist with inventory operations such as Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, stock transfers, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor inventory records in the ERP system, flagging risks like shortages, surpluses, or expiries to relevant teams.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand material demands and update procurement statuses regularly.
- Support customs clearance, logistics, and shipment tracking as needed.
- Follow procurement and compliance protocols ensuring proper documentation and audit preparedness.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to reflect procurement, inventory, and supply chain metrics.
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, vendor performance, and inventory accuracy.
Who Should Apply
- Postgraduate candidates preferably from a Science background with 1-2 years of procurement or supply chain experience in biopharma.
- Practical experience in ERP systems handling purchase orders.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for vendor and internal coordination.
