Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain processes at Coco. This role encompasses end-to-end management including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and vendor management. You will focus on driving efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness while supporting Coco's mission to excel in last-mile delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire supply chain including procurement, logistics, and inventory administration.
- Maintain and update the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system consistently.
- Ensure all parts and assemblies are properly documented with part numbers in Arena.
- Coordinate with international suppliers to facilitate timely shipping and receipt of components.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline supply chain workflows and increase effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain objectives with Coco’s overall strategic goals.
Operations Team Context
The Operations team supports outstanding merchant and customer experiences by sustaining a robust and efficient supply chain. It works closely with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams ensuring that Coco’s robotic delivery solutions are fully equipped and ready for deployment with utmost reliability and quality.
Typical Day
- Liaise with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery schedules.
- Track and manage inventory to avoid stockouts.
- Forecast demand in partnership with internal teams.
- Ensure accurate inventory records within company systems.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
- Coordinate across vendors, logistics, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
- Strong capability in data analytics using business intelligence tools such as Sigma, Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Arena software platform.
- Experience managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and performing system upkeep.
- Proven track record in managing omni-channel supply chain operations.
- Expertise in automating and optimizing logistics and supply chain with AI technologies.
- Experience partnering with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers to improve supply chain functions.
- Advanced data analysis skills including proficiency with SQL.
- High proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, particularly in supply chain modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and vendor relationship management capabilities.

The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $155,000 annually.
