Job Description
The role involves managing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Responsibilities include administering Active Directory with user provisioning, access control, and policy management. The position requires implementing and overseeing Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools including MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and Data Loss Prevention. Additionally, managing network infrastructure components like firewalls and VPNs (both site-to-site and remote access) is essential. Providing desktop support for Windows devices, Office applications, printers, and peripherals forms part of the routine. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting server and endpoint issues, and supporting Microsoft 365 deployment, migration, and tenant administration are key functions.
Routine maintenance tasks include patching, backup, and recovery operations. Maintaining accurate documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations is necessary. The role demands interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, 1-2 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity is preferred.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining Microsoft 365 email systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player who is self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Availability to join immediately or with minimal notice is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma (D3).
- Minimum experience level: Staff (entry to intermediate level).
