Job Overview
The Tally Support Executive role focuses on resolving various customer issues related to Tally accounting software, including TallyPrime. The professional is tasked with managing software installations, troubleshooting technical and accounting problems, guiding customers through features such as GST and invoicing, and ensuring smooth software functionality with strong client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Address technical problems in Tally including errors, connectivity difficulties, installation, configuration, and updates.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone, email, or remote support while escalating complex issues to senior developers.
- Assist users in making accounting entries and understanding various tax components like GST, TDS, and payroll within Tally software.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and product demonstrations to train users on proficient use of Tally features.
- Maintain detailed records of customer communications, track resolution progress, and update customer management systems to adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting software with knowledge of technical troubleshooting and customer support processes.
