Role Overview

We seek an energetic and experienced Teacher Trainer and Academic Educator to manage teaching for Classes 1 through 10 covering all main educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IGCSE). The role also includes leading Spoken English and Communication workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, engaging, and interactive lessons in core subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages for primary and secondary school levels.
• Customize teaching approaches to align with the curricula of various boards such as CBSE, ICSE, and State Board.
• Break down complex topics, hold regular doubt-solving sessions, and develop assessments to monitor student progress.
• Conduct sessions focused on communicative English, public speaking, and personality development to enhance student confidence and language skills.
• Facilitate activities like debates, storytelling, role-playing, and group discussions to improve vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar usage, and ease of communication.
• For senior or full-time candidates: Train and mentor junior tutors and assistant teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and digital teaching methods.
• Carry out academic audits, observe lessons, and organize feedback sessions to ensure consistent teaching quality across classes.
• Assist in designing structured curricula, activity sheets, and teaching resources to support effective learning.
