About IRIS KPO Resourcing
IRIS KPO Resourcing, a subsidiary of IRIS Software Group Ltd, operates from its Chennai office as a global delivery center fully integrated with its UK counterpart, delivering IT and ITeS solutions worldwide.
Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Lead the HCM coordination team, ensuring efficient delivery of all assigned projects.
- Manage team performance by monitoring against defined KPI metrics.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings to maintain consistent communication.
- Set quarterly objectives and development plans to foster team growth.
- Support coordinators in managing backlog and forecasting revenue.
- Ensure team compliance with standard operating procedures and provide assistance when required.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Project Delivery Manager to find opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Maintain team Operational Level Agreement (OLA) performance above 90%.
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly reporting of team statistics and metrics.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in customer service environments.
- Strong expertise in project coordination coupled with team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and administrative capabilities.
