Role Summary
This position supports the department’s day-to-day performance in alignment with Hyatt International corporate direction and brand expectations, while helping ensure strong outcomes for employees, guests, and ownership. The Team Leader - Engineering plays a key role in keeping the Engineering Department operating smoothly and in coordination with the rest of the hotel’s functions.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain efficient operations within the Engineering Department.
- Support the department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategy and brand requirements.
- Work closely with other operating departments to keep service delivery seamless.
- Contribute to meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Qualifications
The role requires an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering, along with at least 2 years of experience as an engineering team leader in a hotel or in a comparable large building or complex with a central plant.
