Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple technology workstreams as part of a large-scale smart-building and digital systems initiative. This role requires ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders and driving progress across the full project lifecycle stages including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning. Maintaining thorough control over risks, dependencies, and vendor performance will be key.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across all technology packages and involved parties to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate collaboration between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants, and client functions to achieve project objectives.
• Track and manage milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and action items rigorously.
• Lead efforts to resolve technical challenges and overcome delivery obstacles efficiently.
• Support design review processes, manage procurement and logistics, oversee installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
• Ensure vendors adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Contribute to project reporting, documentation preparation, and operational readiness efforts.

Requirements

• Between 8 to 12 years of project management experience specifically within technology delivery for construction, fit-out, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record managing smart-building programs, technology fit-outs, or digital infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of ICT, audiovisual systems, ELV/security, access control, building management systems, IoT, smart workplace solutions, or data/server room infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and coordinating complex interfaces between technology and construction teams.
• Familiarity with design reviews, procurement procedures, installation workflows, system integration, testing protocols, commissioning, and project handover.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, planning, and coordination capabilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be ready for immediate mobilization and able to work full-time onsite in Riyadh on a contractual basis.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Expertise with smart workplace platforms or IoT-enabled building solutions.
• Background delivering data center or server-room infrastructure.
• Knowledge of advanced ELV/security systems such as video surveillance, access control, or command center facilities.
• Experience with large-scale corporate campus or mixed-use developments.
• Skills in integrating systems across various technology vendors.
• Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance procedures for intelligent building environments.
