Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Technical Support Intern will provide foundational IT support within the company to ensure smooth operations. Key duties include assisting employees with technical issues, setting up and configuring laptops/desktops, installing necessary software, diagnosing common hardware, software, printer, and network problems, and managing user account and email setup. Additionally, the intern will prepare IT equipment for new hires and maintain precise records of IT assets and related documentation.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants should be students or recent graduates holding degrees such as B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, B.Sc, or B.Com in any field. A fundamental understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking is essential. Prospects should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen willingness to develop professionally within IT support.
