Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional IT assistance. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, proficient communication, and proven experience in a help desk environment to support end users efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer support for issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical problems.
- Manage support tickets and respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.
- Install, set up, and maintain computers and application software.
- Provide remote assistance to users by utilizing remote access software.
- Record all incidents, solutions, and protocols within the ticketing system.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
- Maintain excellent customer service by communicating effectively and following up diligently.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in the English language.
- Have at least one year of experience in an IT Help Desk or an equivalent technical support position.
- Strong grasp of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is essential.
- Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting techniques.
Essential Skills

- Familiarity with ITIL best practices is advantageous.
