About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Micron's GeRM, Sigma, SPC, and traveler software systems.
- Establish, implement, and uphold global standards related to these systems and processes.
- Contribute actively within your scope of responsibilities to ensure system effectiveness.
- Record lessons learned and document fab-specific business rules relevant to process control systems.
- Coach and train end-users for correct usage of traveler and process control system applications.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or another related scientific field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse personnel.
- Proficient in essential PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data extraction, analytical tasks, and report generation from basic to intermediate levels.
- Strong organizational aptitude including time management, prioritization, and self-motivation with minimal supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to additional job responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proven teamwork abilities fostering effective team dynamics.
- Flexibility to work any shift as required and display solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
