About the Role
We are seeking a Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The primary responsibility is to engage with leads generated from Meta Ads, understand their requirements, clearly communicate our service offerings, and convert them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls and follow up with potential customers sourced from Meta Ads campaigns.
- Gain a clear understanding of client needs and present our services effectively.
- Convert leads into active customers by addressing their queries and building customer trust.
- Collaborate with the support team to facilitate seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of lead statuses within the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Confident, courteous, and clear telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Capability to effectively conduct sales calls and diligent follow-ups.
- A positive mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a monthly salary range of INR 6,000 to INR 15,000.
