Job Overview
Capstone Realtors is seeking a confident and personable Female Telecalling Executive to join their team in Delhi-NCR. The successful candidate will manage both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, provide detailed information on real estate projects, and arrange appointments or site visits for the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of project details and respond to customer questions.
- Assess and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.
- Organize meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with interested clients.
- Keep precise records of calls and update customer relationship management systems or databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective client handover.
- Meet daily targets for calling and lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and persuasive communication style.
- A positive mindset combined with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic familiarity with computer operations.
- Capability to thrive in a goal-oriented work environment.
