Job Overview

Key Duties

- Manage inbound customer calls regarding product details, services, and promotional deals.

- Keep customer records updated and accurate within the company database.
- Follow up with leads, prior interactions, and existing patrons to drive repeat business.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and support team goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Generate timely sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly for managerial review.
