About the Company

Ascone Helmets, operating under M/S Sumit Enterprises, is a renowned manufacturer specializing in a variety of premium motorcycle helmets. The company aims to enhance its sales department and broaden its dealer network by recruiting a proactive and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive.

Job Location and Schedule

Location: Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, close to Shiv Vihar Metro Station
Working days: Monday through Saturday
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to boost sales.
Address customer questions and provide detailed product information.
Manage leads derived from B2B platforms including IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Exporters India.
Evaluate prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.
Establish and nurture strong relations with current dealers and distributors.
Maintain a thorough database of potential customers and sales opportunities.
Keep detailed records on leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum one year of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in B2B sales and managing dealer/distributor relations is preferable.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Excel are advantages.
Strong negotiation abilities, persistence, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
