Job Overview

We are seeking a competent Telephone Operator to efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls within a dynamic and busy work setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing numerous calls, directing them to the appropriate contacts, and delivering outstanding customer service via telephone.

Location

This role is situated at The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls in a polite and professional fashion
• Redirect calls to the suitable department or individual
• Accurately take and communicate messages
• Provide callers with information and address their questions
• Support administrative activities as required

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a Telephone Operator or a closely related position
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to manage a large volume of calls effectively
• Skilled in operating telephone systems and office technology
• Excellent customer service attitude and a friendly phone manner
