About the Role
Join a vibrant team as a Third Key Holder, playing an essential leadership role in a lively fashion retail environment. You will support visual merchandising, marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with management to ensure smooth store and inventory operations. When senior leaders are unavailable, you will take charge of all store activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, managing opening/closing procedures, store upkeep, inventory replenishment, merchandising, customer experience, and staff supervision.
- Deliver excellent customer service by fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable environment, including greeting all customers sincerely and re-engaging throughout their visit.
- Manage transactions efficiently via the cash register.
- Comply fully with company policies and procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager in enforcing company standards per the employee handbook.
- Execute other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of previous retail experience.
- Completion of high school education is preferred.
- Proven sales skills and dedication to superior customer service.
- Strong capabilities in managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership skills with capacity to delegate responsibilities and take initiative.
- Ability to positively and inclusively guide a team.
Physical and Availability Requirements
- Capability to stand for long periods and safely climb ladders.
- Able to move and lift merchandise or fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
