직무 설명
Position Overview
The Tool Maker will be responsible for the assembly, modification, and qualification of moulds utilized in precision manufacturing processes.
Key Duties
- Perform mould assembly and make necessary corrections to ensure proper function.
- Carry out mould qualification procedures to verify performance as per standards.
- Execute repair and maintenance tasks on press tools and dies, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Independently manage and validate precision multi-cavity moulds.
- Work closely with design and production teams to enhance tool functionality and minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare moulds for customer qualification and shipment according to the specified requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tool making or related field.
- Diploma qualification in Tool & Die Engineering or equivalent.
Location
Position based in Cochin (Kochi), Kerala, India.
