About the Company

About the Role

EyeTell is looking for a talented and imaginative Interactive Designer to join its team during a key growth phase. In this role, you will bring a strong user-centered design mindset and a history of building smooth, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile. You will own the design journey from early ideas to final delivery and work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn concepts into polished, easy-to-use interfaces. This is a rare chance to contribute from the ground up to ambitious AI and media technology projects and help create experiences that reflect the company’s vision.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a similar discipline
At least 5 years of experience working as an interactive designer or UX/UI designer
A demonstrated record of designing digital products and meaningful user experiences
Strong command of user-centered design methods and principles
Hands-on expertise with standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin
Strong verbal and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively
Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality output
Exposure to front-end development and motion/animation work is an added advantage
Genuine enthusiasm for designing attractive, easy-to-use digital experiences
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

Create and prototype clear, intuitive UI and UX for web apps and mobile products
Run user research and usability testing, then refine designs using the insights gathered
Produce detailed mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation
Build and upkeep design systems and style guides to keep the product look consistent
Partner with developers and other teams to implement, review, and improve designs
Track emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in the UI/UX space
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to improve both function and visual appeal
Make sure every design follows brand standards and project needs
