Key Responsibilities

• Acquire comprehensive understanding of the technological aspects and features relevant to your product domain.
• Conduct thorough research to provide valuable insights regarding user and business impacts for product development.
• Develop design deliverables including competitive analyses, user flows, low and high fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aimed at solving genuine user challenges through enhanced experiences.
• Effectively communicate UX findings and outcomes to the design team, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders, articulating complex issues with clarity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing thoughtfully crafted and polished end-to-end customer journey designs.
• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in interactive or visual design within the industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Up-to-date awareness of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration design.
• Proficiency in creating refined design prototypes, mockups, and other communication materials.
• Capability to accurately scope, estimate, and prioritize tasks and projects independently.
• Proven record of contributing to successfully shipped products through impactful design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional expertise.
• Skilled in multiple design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
