About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and experienced US Engineering Recruiter to become part of our expanding team. This role demands expertise in recruiting engineering professionals across the US, thriving in a dynamic staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
- Utilize diverse sourcing avenues such as job boards, professional networks, internal databases, and referrals to identify candidates.
- Assess candidates' technical skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Arrange and facilitate interview processes while maintaining consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle offer negotiations including compensation discussions.
- Maintain a robust pool of qualified engineering talent.
- Achieve recruitment goals set daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Follow-up promptly and keep detailed candidate records updated within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US staffing or recruitment.
- Proven background recruiting for engineering roles.
- Exposure to hiring within sectors such as automotive, medical devices, and transportation is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering roles and related technical terminology.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Available to join immediately or with a short notice period.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a performance-based context.
- Excellent at managing relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
Work Details
- Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
- Work Mode: Strictly onsite
- Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
- Work Days: Monday through Friday
