About The Vella Group

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled valeter responsible for meticulously cleaning vehicles inside and out both before and after repair work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform valeting tasks following established procedures and maintaining the highest standards.
- Complete vehicle cleaning within specified time limits.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment.
- Organize cleaning fluids and solvents appropriately, ensuring the valet space remains tidy and free from ignition risks.
- Ensure proper ventilation when using solvents indoors.
- Wear proper protective gear including eye protection and gloves at all times.
- Conduct external equipment inspections such as checking water pressure and report any faults.
- Occasionally hand over courtesy vehicles to customers, thoroughly explaining controls.
- Carry out general cleaning duties as required.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in valet or vehicle detailing preferred.
- Strong punctuality and time management skills.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Works well within a team setting.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an 8.5-hour shift.
