About the role

This position sits within LinkedIn’s Sales Development organization and focuses on coaching vendor-based sales development teams so they can introduce LinkedIn’s talent products effectively and win new customers. The role is designed to strengthen market reach by onboarding new vendor agents and deepening established vendor relationships.

The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, but the work arrangement is remote. The selected person will work from the approved home location, and any change to that location will require a review of remote eligibility and formal approval.

What you will do

  • Guide and train vendor-based sales development teams on LinkedIn’s Talent product suite, including systems knowledge and proven working methods.
  • Handle vendor sales operations such as coaching, enablement, mentoring, KPI creation, and performance monitoring.
  • Track weekly performance data, diagnose team performance issues, prepare vendor performance plans, and share insights with vendors and vendor leadership through weekly office hours and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Create playbook content covering sales development practices and broader enablement topics that help vendor teams succeed.
  • Develop trusted working relationships with vendor sales managers and provide practical guidance on running an effective sales development motion.
  • Spot opportunities to improve sales outcomes, scale successful practices, and work with central teams on vendor operations improvement efforts.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales development.
  • Strong background in sales development, account services, marketing, or business development is preferred.
