Video Editor

About the role

Anveshan is looking for a Video Editor who can shape its brand story across the formats customers see every day. The role covers everything from quick social edits and product-led films to founder stories, recipe content and performance ad creatives. You will work closely with the design, content and marketing teams to produce video that feels premium, stays on brand and supports conversion goals.

What you will do

• Create short-form video quickly, including reels, shorts and story assets for Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads and Google ads.
• Produce longer video pieces such as brand films, founder narratives, recipe videos, customer testimonials and podcast snippets.
• Edit food and product footage so the pacing, colour and sound make ghee, oils and superfoods look appealing.
• Design motion elements in After Effects, including lower-thirds, end cards, animated text and simple graphics.
• Handle audio work such as balancing levels, selecting music, adding sound effects and creating licence-safe sound design.
• Apply colour correction and grading to keep the visual style consistent across campaigns and creators.
• Organise projects, assets and reusable templates in a structured way to improve team efficiency.
• Work with content, design, marketing and performance teams so edits align with goals such as CTR, watch time and conversion.
• Support shoots in studio or on location when needed to help capture the right footage at source.

What we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Video Editor, preferably in D2C, food, lifestyle or content-led brands.
• A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates both short-form social edits and longer brand-led projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with additional familiarity in Photoshop and Illustrator for thumbnails and supers.
• Good instinct for storytelling, including pacing, hooks and cut choices that hold viewer attention.
• Comfort with audio mixing, music selection and basic sound design.
• Working knowledge of colour correction, grading, LUTs, scopes and visual consistency.
• Ability to deliver polished edits on tight deadlines without losing brand quality.
• Bonus familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, basic 3D tools such as Blender or C4D, AI video tools, motion design or shooting.

The role is based in Gurugram, India. The salary range mentioned is INR 4,50,000 to 6,00,000 per year. Applicants were asked to complete an external application form.
